CHLOÉ HAS THAT JE NE SAIS QUOI

CHLOÉ HAS THAT JE NE SAIS QUOI

A house touched by many designers, remains to raise the bar under Chemena Kamali.

Founded in 1952, Gaby Aghion designed her first collection in Paris with a skilled seamstress whose background involve haute couture. Gaby sourced the fabrics and materials herself, already setting the tone of the Chloe woman, independent with a youthful spirit.

Through the years of showcasing runways and collections with playful and romantic femininity, the brand attracted many. Gaby had no problem hiring fabulous talent to design for her, Gérard Pipart, Maxime de la Falaise, and Karl Lagerfeld to mention.

Iconic silhouettes were introduced, such of which we identity Chloé with today. Flowy blouses, boho motifs, elegant trousers, capes, and SILK.

While Gaby remained involved in the house, she sold her stake in 1985. From there, numerous directors have further blossomed Chloé: Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney  Phoebe Philo, and so on.

Today we are so lucky to experience Chloé under Chemena Kamali. With an educational Parisian background in fashion, she has worked with Chloé under Phoebe Philo and Saint Laurent under Anthony Vacarello. She makes it known that her heart "has always been Chloé's" and it shows.

A follower of fashion or not, the awareness of Chloé in the market is unavoidable. The revival of boho chic that meets with soft femininity is a whirlwind romance. These themes are consistent with Chloé since the beginning and continue to develop. From ruffled chiffon gowns to classic denims, the Chloé woman is a true form of elegance day to night.

There's something relatable yet untouchable that makes you feel, I don't know what? But we are addicted.
