HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS MADE?
As we are a made to order brand, our garments need 3-4 weeks to be started and finished to be sent out to you! Please note that we also order our fabric when we know how much we need, this promotes sustainability and decreases waste of fabric. Please keep in mind that depending on your order, this time frame may take shorter or longer.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As soon as your order is made, we will ship it out to you! To confirm your order is ready, you will receive an email providing your USPS tracking information. We are not responsible for lost packages or delays as once we ship it out, it is handled by USPS. If you have any questions please contact us!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do not offer returns at this time as we are a small business, if you have any hesitations with ordering, please contact us! Under the circumstance that your item does not fit to your satisfaction, please send us an image to refer to as we offer exchanges for a different size!
